More than 95% of Taiwanese machining center manufacturers give out jobs of accessories and parts machining to cooperative manufacturers. Instead of doing that, Hartford continuously invests in large machining equipment to enhance level of in-house production, aiming at through control on quality and efficiency and thereby creating a stronger competitive edge.

Hartford is the only one machining center in Taiwan that has in-house production line. From casting iron to shipment, all the procedures are completed at Hartford.

  1. Hartford’s well trained hand scraping team produces high precision machine tools by exquisite hand scraping skills. We carefully inspect our machines to reach the best quality and ensure that every contact surface is precisely hand scraped.
  2. Scrapping points comply with optimal usage standard with 10 to 12 points in one square inches
  3. Platform is maintained monthly by technicians and examined annually by the 3D coordinate measuring machine.
  4. Hand scraping of key component fixed surfaces
  5. Key components such as headstock, taper gib, table, bearing housing and motor base are all scraped by our professional technician.
